Supporting a Sibling Who Lives with Psychosis

Supporting a Sibling Who Lives with Psychosis

Date: Tuesday December 14, 2021
Time: 6:00 - 8:00 pm EST

Are you supporting a sibling who lives with psychosis?

We understand that this situation can be hard on you emotionally and physically. Whether you’re supporting a sibling with a new or long-time diagnosis, it is normal to experience feelings of sadness, anger and helplessness. We invite you to join us virtually on December 14 to learn more about helping yourself as your sibling’s support system.

This session will help you learn how to handle the frustrations you feel and build a healthier and more supportive relationship with your sibling. Learn through our presenters, Sophie Hwang (MSW, RSW) and Marina Sue-Ping, various skills and tips for maintaining your own mental health.

Sophie Hwang, MSW, RSW, Manager, Support Services
Marina Sue-Ping, Family Services Coordinator
