Join us for an insightful discussion about how what we eat affects our mental wellbeing led by Kelly Matheson, MSc., RD.

Kelly Matheson is a registered dietitian whose professional experience with dietetics has spanned over 15 years. Kelly previously worked as an inpatient clinical dietitian at CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) for 12 years and is currently a Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator in the Endocrinology Program at the Toronto Western Hospital. She continues to support complex clients with significant mental illness diagnoses, which has allowed her to understand the role nutrition plays in mental health.
